Position Summary:
USAID’s Office of Finance requires payroll specialists to support payroll processing, personnel data changes, retirement actions, and discrepancy resolution during Agency-wide closeout. Key Responsibilities:- Process time and attendance, leave audits, and payroll adjustments.- Support retirement paperwork, deductions, and data accuracy.- Research and resolve discrepancies and suspense items.- Use NFC systems including EPIC, SPPS, and GovTA. Minimum Qualifications:-Understanding of federal payroll and NFC systems.- NOTE: 2+ years payroll experience added here (RFQ does not specify YOE; added for recruiting clarity).
