What You Will Do:

The Lead Compensation Analyst will be a key member of the Global Total Rewards team, providing input into the strategic compensation direction of the enterprise and leading medium to large-scale projects and programs.  Using expert level experience, will have expertise across a minimum of 4 of the following niche compensation specialties:  broad based compensation, international remuneration, client partnership across all levels of the organization, sales compensation design and administration, short-term incentive design and administration, and/or compensation communication/training/change management. 

Other key aspects to this role include:

  • Engaging individual contributor who will be internal client facing.

  • Manage complicated projects while managing stakeholder expectations.

  • Manage effective Compensation programs such as keeping career framework current, using market data to ensure competitive positioning of global base pay program, creating and modeling pay increase budgets, and providing oversight of assigned incentive programs.

  • Able to create, improve, and document processes, guidelines, and operational plans that have mid-term impact (3 years or more) based on sound logic, analysis, and interpretation.

  • Can easily translate strategic direction into operational plans that are executable and implement in timely manner.

  • Comfortable responding to unusual or new problems, ideas, and/or situations using logic and relationships to ensure a collaborative approach to problem solving.

  • Builds strong relationships with colleagues and leaders as a foundation in leading/solving for complex, often fast-paced business needs.

  • Able to influence business decisions and execute on the strategies established by leadership.

  • Influences parties within and outside the Human Capital department on medium impact policies, practices, and procedures for the organization.

  • Mentors team members on projects as requested.


What You Will Need:

  • Expert level Compensation knowledge and skills spanning niche specialties mentioned elsewhere within this job spec

  • Expertise in translating theories, concepts, and principles into actionable results for the organization.

  • Should have 4-year degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree on a case-by-case basis)

  • Experience working for private, public, and/or government preferred

  • Strong written skills; specifically, constructing incentive and other compensation plan documentation and training materials


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience with compensation systems such as Pay Factors

  • Working knowledge of Workday

The annual salary range for this position is $96,900.00-$145,400.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
