Position Summary
As the Manger, HR Business Partner, you will use working knowledge of the business to provide HR workforce planning support and guidance to line managers.
You will accomplish this by:
Analyzing trends and develops workforce plans to resolve issues and make a positive impact on business results
Utilizing knowledge of human resources eco system to provide support to line managers
Acting as a liaison with intact HR team and other HR functions
Acting as a back-up to the HR Partner when necessary or as assigned
Demonstrating excellent organization skills and high attention to detail
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of human resources experience
At least 1 year of experience efficiently managing multiple and changing priorities to effectively consult with clients on a comprehensive set of inquiries, activities, and trends across multiple HR disciplines
At least 1 year of experience providing guidance, consultation and coaching on HR systems, talent review, talent acquisition, compensation, and workforce planning
Willingness to travel, up to 25%, as required per business needs (including plane travel)
Preferred Qualifications
Provide guidance on and interpretation of policies and procedures leveraging Colleague Zone and Workday platforms
Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Excel, Power Point
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$63,300.00 - $139,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
