We transform volcanic rock into stone wool and our products contribute to address many of society’s biggest climate change challenges, creating new opportunities to enrich modern living and build safer, healthier, and more climate resilient communities.</p><p> Find out more at www.rockwool.com/it/</p><p></p><p><b>This is the role</b></p><ul><li><p>Accurately process customer orders in SAP: validate products, quantities and lead times.</p></li><li><p>Apply pricing policy in coordination with Sales and prepare quotations for special requests.</p></li><li><p>Check product availability with factories and suppliers and trigger order preparation.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate logistics and transport with internal teams and third‑party providers.</p></li><li><p>Manage claims, credit requests and documentation (filing and archiving).</p></li><li><p>Support accounts receivable by following up on payments when requested.</p></li><li><p>Respond to customer and internal enquiries (availability, lead times, pricing, documentation, samples).</p></li><li><p>Perform weekly invoice/credit checks and contribute to monthly order‑portfolio and account close.</p></li><li><p>Visit customers to build relationships and support local business.</p></li><li><p>Participate in Group projects and continuous improvement initiatives.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><p><span>·      </span> 3 + years’ of customer service experience in a similar role.</p><p><span>·      </span> Proficiency in SAP.</p><p><span>·      </span> Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.</p><p><span>·      </span> Customer focus, problem solving and result-orientation.</p><p><span>·      </span> Effective cross-functional approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><span>·      </span> Fluent in Italian and English</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>What we offer</b></p><p>Full‑time fixed‑term employment contract (12 months).<br/>Placement within an international, technical, dynamic and efficient work environment, interacting with various internal and external stakeholders.<br/>Gross annual salary (RAL) and contractual classification will be commensurate with the selected candidate’s experience, based on salary levels benchmarked and aligned with market trends. Meal vouchers worth €10/day. Paid leave for medical appointments (16 hours/year). 20 days of annual leave + 10 additional days of leave (per year).
