Key Responsibilities

• Strategize & Execute: Craft and implement comprehensive strategies for promoting our online education programs.
• Audience Engagement: Develop and launch dynamic campaigns that engage target audiences, optimizing performance for maximum impact and reach, specifically appealing to individuals passionate about physical fitness, athletic performance, holistic health and wellbeing, and mindful practices.
• Program Champion: Deeply understand and advocate for the self-growth principles embedded within our programs, translating these values into compelling outreach that resonates with professionals including those from clinic-based wellness, athletic and mindset coaching, and meditation teaching fields.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign data to derive actionable insights, informing strategic adjustments for continuous improvement in program visibility and adoption.
• Collaborate & Grow: Work effectively within a collaborative team environment, contributing to a culture of shared success and continuous development.

Requirements

We are seeking a passionate and positively minded professional with a strong foundation and a passion for driving impact:

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated professional experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in wellness, fitness, health, professional coaching and teaching, or related fields.
• Drive & Commitment: Possess a clear passion for engagement and a proven track record of achieving strategic goals.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional abilities in connecting and communicating with others, enabling you to guide and inspire individuals on their personal wellness journey.
