Technical Program Manager

Overview of position:

FEDITC is seeking a Technical Program Manager to work at the National Capital Region.

A United States Citizenship and an active Secret DoD Security Clearance is required to be considered for this position.

Must also be able to attain/maintain DHS EOD

 This is an upcoming opportunity contingent on contract award.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex technical programs supporting enterprise-level network infrastructure.
• Oversee network systems spanning 5,500+ field sites, multiple datacenters, and over 175,000 users.
• Direct cross-functional teams and interface with senior stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions aligned with DHS mission objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

• 15+ years supporting DHS LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• 10+ years supporting DHS System ATO and Certification & Accreditation (C&A) activities.
• Experience supporting DHS campus-scale networks such as the St. Elizabeth Campus.
• Proven leadership of DHS network modernization initiatives.

Experience/Skills:

• 15+ years of experience leading technical programs in network systems and infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-site, high-availability network environments.
• Expertise in aligning network operations with strategic program objectives.

Education:

• Master’s Degree in a related field is required.

Certifications Required:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) – Active
  Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) – Active
• ITILv4 Certification – Active
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) – Active
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) – Active

Clearance:

• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Attain/Maintain DHS EOD
• Must be a United States Citizen and pass a background check.
• Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC’S Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).
