Roles and Responsibilities
The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for developing strategic marketing programs that deepen our existing and new partner relationships. You will play a key role orchestrating efforts between our team and partners resulting in increased sales activity for both parties. You will work cross-functionally and coordinate a portfolio of partner marketing activities with Demand Generation, Inside Sales (SDRs), Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Alliances Marketing teams. Reporting to the Director of Field Marketing, this position will ensure that SirionLabs is successfully presented and well positioned in our Salesforce, AWS, and other partner ecosystem events.
We're looking for a strategic problem solver and collaborative self-starter who has a passion to work with partners.
Position Purpose and Responsibilities
- Assess activities, make recommendations, measure and report the results of partner marketing programs across the globe.
- Works with regional partner alliance managers in a consultative approach to develop and implement marketing plans at the region with a focus on generating sales pipeline
- Own the budget for partner marketing programs. Collaborate closely with GSI and TAPS teams to identify, plan and execute events, webinars and content campaigns across regions for GSI and ecosystems partners.
- Plan and execute in-person event logistics and provide onsite event support as needed
- Understand KPIs and provide reports showing ROI from partner marketing activities
- Collaborate with marketing teammates to ensure that partners are considered the programs and campaigns we run.
Technical Competencies
- 4 years+ experience in global partner marketing or channel marketing and building partner programs.
- Strong communication skills and persuasive negotiating
- Experience in tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, 6Sense
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment is preferred.
- Able to travel 25% of the time, must be able to travel internationally.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent
- Excellent organization, time management, and customer service skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Demonstrated ability to be poised and effective during high-pressure situations; ability to multi-task and meet critical target dates
