This is what your day looks like:

• Preparation and cooking of meals with attention to quality and quantity 
• Working in the banquet and à la carte areas
• Compliance with HACCP hygiene regulations
• Carrying out the mise en place
• Checking that food is stored properly
• Sharing responsibility for ensuring the quality of the food on offer and a smooth service process

 

What we expect from you:

• Completed vocational training as a chef in the upscale hotel/catering industry
• First professional experience in a comparable position in the 5-star hotel industry
• Craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Creativity and commitment
• Reliability, sense of responsibility and independence
• Good knowledge of German and English

This employment is classified in the collective agreement of the hotel industry in occupational group 3, the actual salary is of course based on your qualifications and will be overpaid. 

For this position we can offer you an inexpensive apartment near the hotel, so that you can arrive in peace during the first weeks.
