FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

 

• We are hiring immediately for full time FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR positions.
• Location: Samsung -12100 Samsung Boulevard, Austin, TX 78754. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedule; Monday through Friday, hours may vary. Occasional weekends and evenings. Day shift. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: 4 years of catering experience in a supervisory role in a high-volume hotel or food service environment is required.

• Pay Range: $24.00 per hour to $26.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Effectively lead and execute catering events across multiple corporate buildings, ensuring high standards of service and operational excellence.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and a growth-oriented mindset to mentor team members and support continued development within the corporate dining environment.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
