The Pratt & Whitney Military Engines Provisioning team is looking for an individual to be part of an evolving, globally company that’s moving fast to shape the future of aviation. As part of the team at Pratt & Whitney, you’ll help answer today’s challenges in powered flight while shaping and supporting tomorrow’s solutions. In the Provisioning Data Analyst role, the employee is expected to support the system requirements that the provisioning team is responsible for, in support of the F135 sustainment deliverables. As part of the F135 Military Engines Sustainment Organization, the Provisioning team is responsible for ensuring F-35 fleet supportability of the propulsion system. Our group provides support for successful integration of all disciplines of the F135 value stream.
What You Will Do
Support of the F135 production/sustainment programs by processing Engineering changes to meet ALIS needs in relation to asset maintenance, tracking function, and precedence status.
Work closely with the Rolls Royce team to ensure Lift fan system logistics data are completed within required guidelines.
Oversee process execution with several functional departments across the value stream including CSE customer service engineering, global service engineering, SUIPT, SE support equipment operations, and LM SPIR team.
Assist the F135 Provisioning team to support and present in the following forums: Weekly RR, SUIPT meetings, Propulsion Data Status Meeting (LM), and others.
Support the Provisioning team by identifying process improvement and automation opportunities.
Develop and enhance technical tools for process automation while utilizing programming skills.
Qualifications You Must Have
BS degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science
5 years of IT, Analytics, Engineering, or operations experience or an advance degree with 3 years of IT, Analytics, Engineering, or operations
Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship
Qualifications We Prefer
F-135, military, and/or Provisioning/LSA background
Strong understanding of Engineering Changes (ECs), BOM, and Configuration management
Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet commitments, balance and resolve conflicting priorities
High energy, dynamic individual who strives for continuous improvement
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications, SQL, Python, and/or other programming languages
Ability to analyze complex data to see trends and perform advanced analytics
