Pay & Benefits Pay of $34.94 to $36.39 per hour*, depending on qualifications and experience. Opportunities for overtime and shift premiums. The People of Southwest Airlines come together to deliver on our Purpose, which is to connect People to what’s important in their lives through friendly, reliable, and low-cost air travel. Our Supervisor Provisioning supports our Purpose in their coaching and development of the Provisioning Team. The Provisioning Team is responsible for servicing aircraft and stocking them with beverages, inflight snacks, and other supplies for travel. This role works collaboratively with Leaders in Provisioning and workgroups throughout the station to ensure Provisioning Agents receive the necessary training, communication, awareness of regulations/policies/procedures, and overall support as they provide provisioning service to our operation. The Supervisor Provisioning brings their leadership and unique background to this close-knit Team, where they'll have an opportunity to drive the future of Ground Operations. 

 

Additional details: 

  • A role that includes working assigned shifts based on seniority. Shifts can include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.  

  • U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. required and no current or future work authorization sponsorship available.

Responsibilities
  • Determine that aircrafts are properly serviced and provisioned prior to departure and that all forms and records are properly completed and maintained. Monitor the quality, quantity, and procurement of provisioning supply purchases
  • Actively coordinate with all Departments to maintain the station’s on-time performance, Employee morale, and Cust
