Département Risk & Service Juridique Stagiaire

Le stagiaire aura pour missions de :

• Rédiger ou revoir de la documentation juridique diverse (NDA, reliance letter, release letter, opinion juridique, contrat de crédit) ;
• Rédiger ou revoir de la documentation pour le lancement de fonds d’investissement français ou luxembourgeois ;
• Recherches juridiques ;
• Échanger avec nos prestataires notamment avocats ;
• Assurer la préparation et le suivi des boards de nos fonds luxembourgeois.

Le stagiaire sera supervisé par la Responsable juridique et structuration.

Le stagiaire devra être titulaire d’un master 1 ou master 2 en droit des affaires avec des connaissances solides en droit des contrat, droit des sûretés et droit bancaire et financier.
