Qualifications

• Provides trainings for registration of users with reader roles in the Procodex tool;
• Provides trainings for functionalities of Procodex tool to worldwide users with editor role;
• Provide support through SMT application to users worldwide for issues regarding deficient functionali-ties of Procodex tool or questions regarding Procodex tool;
• Validates the conformity of the documentation received through the Procodex application and identi-fies the master-child relationship between the documents;
• Update Docupedia knowledge management tool when changes occur at Procodex application usage level;
• Maintains the communication with client regarding changes and updates in the documentation;
• Keeps oneself up to date with the changes of the EU reglementation, provided by the client/project;
• Follows the specific procedures of the service;
• Proactively identifies situations that affect the quality of the services offered and proposes improve-ment points to the direct superior;
• Maintains tracking of daily activity;
• Observes actively the KPI real time status and adapts in order to comply to KPI target;
•  Identifies documents that need translation and notifies direct superior;
• Collaborates with the direct superior;
• Completes additional tasks given by the direct superior and/or the project manager;
• Acknowledges and observes the provisions stated in the Internal Regulation and the company work-ing procedures;
• Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepart-mental procedures, applicable within the company;
• Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.
