Quality Intern

Job Purpose

The Quality Intern will perform a variety of services as outlined herein.  This includes, but not limited to updating policies, procedures, operating instructions and maintaining records.  

 

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:

 

• Assist QEs with Control Plans updates
• Assist QEs with Updating Inspection forms
• Assist with Quality New Hire Orientation
• Create Quality Alerts
• Track Open Quality Alerts and remove expired for all locations in plant
• Remove Obsolete Deviations from shop Floor
• Maintain Sort Data
• Assist with Creation and Maintenance of Production Books

Perform other duties as assigned

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as policies, procedures, and operating instructions
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Word, Excel, PowerPoint experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
