Role:

The Family Practice Physician - Relief position serves on an as needed basis for coverage or part time supplemental staffing and provides high quality comprehensive primary, preventive, and therapeutic medical care, promotes wellness, and fosters a culture of caring, respect, and understanding for patients of Prairie Band Potawatomi Health Center. The Family Practice Physician works collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all minimum requirements by the closing date of this announcement.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience: At least one year experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Care, or Pediatrics.

Education: Must have obtained a Doctorate Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school. Be board certified or eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Pediatrics. Must have a current unrestricted state license to practice medicine. Have a current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) number. Have a current and valid BCLS certification.
