Responsibilities

• Collaborate with NetSuite Application teams to conceptualize and develop AI-powered features that enhance our products' capabilities and stay ahead of the competition.
• Work closely with Application engineering leaders, product managers, and UX designers to brainstorm, design, and implement innovative AI solutions, ensuring they align with business goals.
• Serve as an AI guide for application developers, keeping them informed about the latest advancements in Oracle and NetSuite's AI platforms, and providing technical expertise.
• Facilitate productive discussions with Product Managers and client-facing teams to ensure that the requirements gathering process is AI-centric, allowing for the effective implementation of data science models to solve complex problems.

Qualifications

• Generative AI and Machine Learning (ML) expertise is essential. We are looking for candidates with practical experience in these fields, having worked on real-world projects.
• A strong analytical mindset with excellent programming abilities and a comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in software engineering principles and practices, including design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Programming languages: Proficiency in Java, SQL, Python, and JavaScript is preferred.
  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries is a significant asset.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate will be a team player who can effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive attitude with a proven track record of taking ownership of projects and driving them to successful completion.
• Prior experience in large-scale SaaS environments is desirable but not mandatory.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
