Front of House Manager 

Type: Full Time
Shift: To discuss during interview, must be flexible based on business needs
Wage: $23.00/hr  

Benefits: Employee Medical Benefits starting at $17.50 per pay period for Regence or Kaiser for full time employees. 

Location: Avamere The Stafford, 1200 Overlook Drive, Lake Oswego, OR 97034

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide management of dietary staff in all food functions for our residents and guests as directed by the Executive Chef.

Responsibilities

• Set up, deliver and expedite as directed.
• Serve meals that are palatable, appetizing in appearance and in accordance with established portion control procedures, on a timely basis.
• Assist in daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dishwashing, etc.
• Hiring & Training of all Dietary staff.
• Scheduling of Dietary staff.
• Coordination of Facility events involving the Dietary department.
• Ordering and Supply inventory for Restaurant and Pub.
• Management and reconciliation of POS System.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with computers and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must obtain Food Handler’s Card within 30 days of employment.
• Must obtain OLCC License within 30 days of employment.
