Job Description
We are looking for a Director, Strategic Operations, who can be a trusted advisor to the Employee Workflows business unit leadership and a respected partner to cross-functional peers. This role will support both strategic and operational aspects of the business. You will work on solving complex business problems by undertaking research and data collection, designing and executing analyses, and then driving results. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate our impact and directly contribute to our overall business objectives.

What you get to do in this role:
Oversee and execute the end-to-end process to structure complex problems, develop clear hypotheses, conduct analyses and provide recommendations through a data-driven approach
Participate in strategic planning for the workflow, which entails modeling out revenue, costs, investments, industry trends, and roadmap permutations
Monitor and analyze the operating cadence of the business as required in coordination with the Strat Ops workflow leader
Identify value-creation opportunities across our business. Analyze and design strategies to capture value, iterate with cross-functional teams, then coordinate delivery across functions, ensuring quality output
Represent the workflow in cross-functional initiatives and programs
Thought partner with the product leadership team on a variety of efforts.
Own relationships with internal cross-functional leaders to coordinate business activities and proactively distill and communicate relevant information to leadership
Drive communications within the team, including people and talent initiatives
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
8+ years relevant work experience in technology industry or equivalent; experience in the enterprise software/ SaaS industry a plus
MBA, equivalent degree, or equivalent experience
Excellent collaboration skills and are a team play
