We are seeking an Administrative Back Office for our Jacksonville, FL office. This position will be an integral part of our team where you will work cross-functionally to provide administrative support, ensuring effective optimization of our offices and enhancing the overall patient experience. This position serves as an entry-level opportunity with potential for advancement in a healthcare technology company.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an effective record-keeping system, including filing and managing confidential information.
• Create and maintain various reports and spreadsheets.
• Patient referral data entry.
• Manage, track, and maintain FMLA and Disability paperwork.
• Communicate with patients, providers, managers, etc.
• Complete prior authorization requests and medication verification.
• Other relevant duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Previous experience working with computer-based information systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. 
• 1+ year full-time experience in an administrative assistant or similar role.
