The Team:

Hospitals North Quality and Patient Safety Service is focused on creating an environment where improving patient outcomes is at the centre of all activity. The Role:

  • Work within the Quality and Patient Safety Service to support the implementation and monitoring of governance systems to enable the safe delivery of care and improved patient outcomes. 
  • Drive initiatives to address specific areas of concern relating to quality, clinical treatment, patient/client safety, risk management, and progress accreditation requirements.
  • Access, monitor and evaluate clinical data and indicators as required and provide relevant advice and recommendations.
  • Drive the use of co-design and consumer engagement and champion the use of Patient Experience Data to focus improvement opportunities.

Details of appointments:

Multiple, permanent, part time, day worker positions, working up to 64 hours per fortnight, commencing from 16 June 2025.

*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.

Salary: $107,899 to $122,292 per annum (pro rata). Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

  • Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
