Associate Director, Product Management - Fintech & Loyalty

Wayfair is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Product Management to lead the growing Fintech & Loyalty product team, which focuses on delivering the best possible experience across loyalty, financing, payments and fraud for all Wayfair customers across geographies, platforms, and retail brands. This role will require leading a team of talented product managers with responsibility for overall product vision and strategy, roadmaps, execution and performance targets and outcomes. You will partner closely with engineering, analytics, design, GMs, our partner teams across Wayfair and our third party partners to deliver results. 

What You’ll Do

• Vision & strategy: Own, evangelize and drive execution against product strategy and roadmap. Evolve strategy along with the continuous evolution of the fintech, payments and loyalty ecosystem and customer preferences.
• Team leadership: Manage, mentor and inspire a team of product managers, fostering a culture of product excellence and innovation. Provide guidance and support in setting objectives, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring successful execution. 
• Stakeholder collaboration: create strong connections with cross-functional stakeholders, executive leadership, and other areas of the business to align on goals, establish measures of success and deliver results that enable business impact. 
• Customer impact: drive the end-to-end product development process, from insights and ideation to requirement gathering and post-launch optimization to deliver a world class experience for our customers.

What You’ll Need

• 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in the payments or fintech industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing product management teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate high level business goals into actionable product development plans.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus across cross-functional teams in an inclusive way.
• Data-driven mindset, proficient in analyzing customer insights and leveraging data to drive decision-making in the fintech and loyalty space.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias for action and ability to deal with ambiguity, complexity, and fast-paced environments.
• Able to perform well under pressure, handle several different projects and responsibilities simultaneously with ease.
• Experience working and collaborating on a global scale, with a strong stakeholder management experience.
