Your Title: Strategic Events Experience Manager

Location: Westminster, CO 

Do you have a passion for enhancing brand visibility and attracting new customers through event management?  

What You Will Do

This role places you at the forefront of Trimble's premier customer-facing event, where you will be instrumental in shaping, developing, and executing the Dimensions user conference.  It requires a highly organized, creative, detail-oriented and motivated person to lead event planning, management, and production for our annual Trimble Dimensions User Conference.  

• Lead the planning and roll-out of our special event programs associated with Dimensions, such as Trimble's executive forum, board of director meetings, Ventures support, and launching a new partner startup program 

• Bring creativity to event concepts that are fresh, unique, and relevant for the brand but always focused on the audience experience, helping us deliver world-class events

• Oversee budgeting and resource allocation, ensuring each is delivered to the highest standard and achieves set objectives

• Set and measure event objectives and success criteria, including budgeting, forecasting, ROI analysis, and analytics for accurate tracking and reporting

• 30% Travel

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

• 7+ years experience managing complex events; both in-person and virtual

• Experience managing international events from beginning to end and working with teams that are dispersed geographically

• Experience managing budgets and contracts independently

• Expert at keeping projects on time with reliable deliverability

What Skills & Experience You Could Bring

• Experience managing agencies, freelancers and/or contractor talent

• Experience with marketing automation (Marketo preferred)

• Experience with event registration software (Rainfocus preferred)

• Significant experience with stakeholder management and working with senior management

About Your Location

This role will report out of the Westminster, Colorado Trimble office.  Remote locations in the US may be considered for the right skill set.
