Job Description
Responsibilities
- Access and analyze NAND metrics from manufacturing database to ensure NAND inline quality.
- Parse logs and SSD ASSERT dumps to determine if SSD failures are media related.
- Work with FW engineers to design experiments to help segment media related issues.
- Perform electrical failure analysis on SSDs using in house tools to access the NAND directly to root cause issues.
- Interface with the NAND product engineering team to develop experiments to root cause failing media\FW interactions
Qualifications:
- BS or MS in EE\CS\CE
- Understanding of NAND basics and cell VTs
- Understanding of NAND reliability mechanism, read disturb, retention, cross temp
- Has experience with python and object oriented programming.
Additional Information
Working with the NAND integration to help debug and resolve NAND media related failures across Solidigm's SSD portfolio.
Salary Range: $97,230 - $169,020
