This role is an opportunity for a junior recruiter to make a move to own the full end-to-end process for candidates, all the way from intake meetings with our managers, to presenting the offer to our candidates.
As the driving force behind our recruitment efforts, you'll have the opportunity to find and attract exceptional talent across all departments and different levels of seniority.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating closely with leaders to align on position criteria.
Craft compelling job advertisements and manage postings on various platforms.
Evaluate candidates through screening calls, interviews, and assessments.
Provide expert advice to hiring managers and present attractive offers to finalists.
Foster strong relationships with candidates, employees, and leaders.
Your Role Involves
Managing early talent recruitment, ensuring a high-touch experience for candidates.
Creating and analyzing talent acquisition reports to drive process improvements.
Championing our employer brand and developing innovative recruitment strategies.
Supporting other Talent Acquisition & Development initiatives as needed.
The ideal candidate
University degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in in-house recruitment or staffing agencies.
Proficiency in various recruiting techniques, including social media recruiting.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
Strong communication, interviewing, and data management skills.
Ability to create brand awareness and effectively promote the organization's value proposition.
Fluency in English is a must; all our recruitment processes are conducted in English.
