Ensure content is structured, accessible in a global platform, and continuously updated across geographies and service lines to drive operational excellence and scalability. <h2>Your responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Define and lead the global knowledge management strategy for HR People Services and support other processes within the Global Business Services (i.e. Finance, Supply Chain, procurement, etc.)</li> <li>Develop, improve and maintain a global framework for SOPs, process documentation, FAQs, and internal knowledge bases.</li> <li>Oversee taxonomy, templates, and content structure across systems (e.g., Confluence, EDCM, SharePoint).</li> <li>Establish governance models with content owners across 5 locations and +20 service lines.</li> <li>Ensure consistent updates, version control, content creation and lifecycle management.</li> <li>Promote adoption of KM best practices through training, change management, content creation and engagement.</li> <li>Partner with Operations, Process Excellence, CoEs and Service Line Leads to standardize and optimize documentation.</li> </ul> <h2>The experience we're looking for</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related discipline.</li> <li>5+ years in knowledge management, operations, or content strategy roles.</li> <li>Strong experience in shared services or global business services environments.</li> <li>Familiarity with knowledge platforms like EDCM, SharePoint, or similar tools.</li> <li>Exceptional communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.</li> </ul> <h2>The skills for success</h2> Data and Analytics, HR Process Improvement; Process management; HR Process improvement, Courageous leadership, Organisational structure, Storytelling; Data led storytelling, Execute plans, Strategic mindset, Digital literacy, HR Data Analysis; Data management; Employee data management, Operational Excellence, Commercial acumen, Solutioning. <h2>What we offer</h2> With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
