We invest in a diverse range of assets from treasuries and corporate bonds to equities and private credit to provide capital and liquidity for underwriting risk and paying claims. Our investment portfolio is one of RenaissanceRe’s “Three Drivers of Profit”, along with underwriting income and fees, providing ~$1.2 billion in net investment income to benefit our shareholders and joint venture partners. </p><p></p><p><b>About the Position</b></p><p>Reporting directly to the VP, Systems Strategy &amp; Architecture, for Investments, the Senior QA Engineer will support testing the analytical data platforms and data products, ensuring the completeness of our data. The team comprises engineers from various disciplines including software engineering, data and BI engineering, process automation, quality assurance amongst others. As a Senior QA Engineer in data space, you will be expected to carry out more than a ‘traditional’ Senior QA and is part of a transition within RenRe to move to an integrated approach to quality.
