As a Project Manager I supporting the Northeast Territory within PNC's Community Development Banking organization, you will be based in Mechanicsburg, PA.

Job Responsibilities will include:

Production -
• Create/curate a territory trial balance report by loan and investment broken out by market and update monthly.
• Create/curate territory investment opportunities (sponsorships, events, marketing) that will drive business and within allotted budgets (with TE/MM approvals)

CRA Programs -
• Create/curate and update weekly/monthly a Territory Charitable grants spends by CRA program area and market with a territory roll up.
• Create/curate territory CRA Exam L, I & S gap report by AA and update monthly.

Territory Administration and General -
• Create/curate a territory event/sponsorship calendar by market and update weekly/monthly with a territory roll up. Work with market team on activation and project management.
• Provide direct project management support to individual markets based on project or initiatives as needed.


Preferred Qualifications:
• At least 1+ years of experience with data analytics or data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills such as critical thinking and problem solving.

This position is primarily based in a location within PNC’s footprint.

Job Description

• Manages single project from original concept through final implementation and post-project assessment. Project may require a partnership with multiple segments or channels. Accountable for meeting project objectives within established timeframes. Typically, project size may reach or exceed $500k.
• Plans and schedules project timeliness and milestones using appropriate tools. Accountable to ensure project team is resourced as needed.
• Partners with project team members to assign tasks, direct activities, and control project execution. Builds, develops, and grows any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
• Tracks and reports progress (management information system). Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
