Recognized as a Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work, we offer a collaborative and caring community where you feel like you belong and are empowered to grow, learn and thrive through hands-on experience, certifications, industry training and more.&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Join us to drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward!</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> </div></div><p><strong>Pipeline Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify potential opportunities in Military Intelligence through collaboration with delivery, capabilities, project teams &amp; D&amp;I growth team</li> <li>Ensure they are recorded in Compass, and that they are properly tagged, include accurate values (including exclude), and updated regularly; Provide Compass expert to streamline process for teams</li> <li>Conduct regular pipeline reviews to ensure opportunities are reflected and leadership has awareness of opportunities on the horizon</li> <li>Manage NBM process (review NBMs, scheduling, ensuring team conducts on appropriate timeline)</li> <li>Ensure B&amp;P is requested and used effectively</li> </ul> <p><strong>Shape/Capture/Pursue</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify resources to build RFIs and White Papers; Review all artifacts submitted</li> <li>Assist/advise MI teams on capture, vehicles, resources (capture, P2W, SA, QA, etc)</li> <li>Confirm and (when necessary) identify resources to write and review responses</li> <li>Participate in color teams to ensure high-quality, compelling responses</li> </ul> <p><strong>Relationships/Awareness</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain a deep understanding of MI and a strong awareness of D&amp;I, AFS, &amp; LLP solutions/assets</li> <li>Collaborate with senior leadership and other stakeholders to ensure that growth initiatives are aligned with organizational priorities and goals</li> <li>Provide monthly update to MI CAL and leaders</li> <li>Consider training and development needs for teams and provide targeted support and resources</li> </ul> <p><str
