The OpportunityVessel is growing rapidly, with scores of projects in planning, and we’re looking for an exceptional Staff Accountant to join the team. In this role, you will help strengthen the financial infrastructure that supports our growing operations. Working closely with project managers and leadership, you will help oversee accounting functions, financial reporting, and internal controls to ensure our projects are tracked accurately and efficiently.Who You Are· A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant accounting experience is required· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting; experience in construction, real estate, manufacturing, or similar environments is a plus· Proficiency in SOX compliance, IFRS standards, and GAAP regulations· Experience with Netsuite and various accounting software platforms· A builder and operator with an entrepreneurial mindset, ideally with experience in startups, venture creation, or growth-stage environments· Energized by the idea of helping reinvent how homes are built, delivered, and lived in
