We help make your world a safer place.   PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:  The Site Manager is responsible for administering the security contract and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. This position will act as a supplier liaison with the client, law enforcement agencies, customers, and employees. This position is also responsible for providing management oversight and driving operational accountability through effective change management and leadership development processes. This position is the primary point of contact for human relations functions involving supplier employees.    10% Travel per year: Regional  DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

• Review post orders and make recommendations to corporate security and client when updates should be considered 
• Review daily log reports and provide pass downs as required 
• Responsible for officers meeting company standards pertaining to quality of work performed on an ongoing basis. 
• Identify and deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) 
• Participate in the hiring, onboarding, scheduling, payroll and continues training of all security personnel 
• Act as the administrator of the site's access control, Vision 2.0, CCTV, Visitor management, and incident reporting systems.
