WHAT YOU GET TO DO

As the Director of Grocery at Carbliss, you will be at the forefront of launching and expanding our Premium Spirits Cocktails in the grocery channel. This pivotal role involves collaborating closely with both current and prospective key customers, alongside distributor personnel, to enhance distribution and maximize sales performance. You'll expertly manage budgets while providing invaluable informational and data support to uncover new business opportunities. With your keen analytical skills, you'll deliver business insights and brand guidance to build and strengthen relationships with assigned Key Account Chains.

WHAT WE VALUE

To thrive as the Director of Grocery at Carbliss, your expertise in Distributor Management within the Beer category or Beverage CPG will shine, backed by 7-10 years of experience calling on the Grocery Channel. A knack for navigating multi-market and state differences in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages is essential. You'll be adept at influencing Executive and Senior Management, forging strong relationships with Distributor, Key Account, and internal partners alike. Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word will ensure you deliver impactful presentations and data analysis, while familiarity with IRI and Nielsen Data is a must. Experience with VIP and other internal data sources is a bonus!

Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, and Finance teams will be pivotal in driving our successful expansion in the grocery sector. Join us and leverage your skills to make a real difference!
