Associate Wealth Advisor

SC&H Wealth is experiencing growth and searching for an Associate Wealth Advisor to join the team. This is the ideal opportunity for a motivated candidate who wants to ultimately become a Wealth Advisor as it provides a clear path for advancement. As an Associate Wealth Advisor with SC&H, you will learn the role of a Wealth Advisor from top to bottom. You will shadow and learn all aspects of the process including: identifying new prospects, develop and maintain long standing client relationships by providing strategic investment advisory services, retirement planning, family wealth planning, estate planning and tax planning. You will be involved in client meetings and begin to build your career as a Financial Advisor. You will also cultivate relationships with SC&H employees in other service lines to generate additional leads and to identify opportunities for cross selling. This individual will spend time with our client services department as part of their training.

The qualified candidate should posses the following:

• 2+ years experience
• Series 65 preferred, but not required if a Series 7 or 66 has already been obtained
• Interest in pursuing the CFP certification
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Outstanding work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
