THE ROLE

As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, your mission will be to power the company’s growth by sourcing, selecting and onboarding talents for various departments for our Los Angeles HQ, simultaneously being responsible for the full candidate cycle for all Field Operations positions, spread across 20 locations, in 4 countries, throughout North America and Oceania.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? 

  • Define the recruitment strategy for each position, employing different sourcing strategies (from coordination with outsourcing headhunting companies, in-house scrapping, active search, referral and others);
  • Execute recruitment processes from A to Z (sourcing, screening calls, group dynamics, technical challenges, F2F interviews, job offer, among others);
  • Screening candidates with the mentality of protecting the business needs and only advancing qualified candidates;
  • Specifying position requirements, main tasks and soft skills, according to feedback from hiring managers;
  • Structure the recruitment process as to be as efficient as possible – with responsibility regarding the speed from identification to hire and the quality of hiring;
  • Maintain candidates databases (Applicant Tracking System);
  • Structure and guarantee an effective on-boarding process that drives employee engagement since the beginning;

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, either in-house or agency;
  • Fluent in English (mandatory);
  • International experience (working or studying abroad) is a plus;
  • Open to work schedule to match North America's timezone, starting late morning - 11am/12pm; 
  • You’re a highly responsible person, well-organized and able to process a high volume of candidates;
  • You’re adaptable and dynamic, being capable to recruit for both high volume processes and highly qualified profiles;
  • Travelling is one of your life’s greatest pleasures.
