HR Intern - Talent Management

What You can expect to be busy with:

> Assisting the Head of Department in various projects

> Supporting the team with operational tasks

    > organization of on-boarding process,

    > organization and administration of training, DC and development measure,

    > support the competency management,
    > administration of dual education,

    > preparation of reports and analyses,

    > translation of professional materials.

Requirements:

> Ongoing BSc/MSc studies in Economy and Management, Business Administration, Psychology

> Availability for at least 20 hours/week

 > Active English knowledge (oral and written)

> Microsoft Office skills

> Being open minded

> Willingness to learn

> Great team player

> Being reliable
