As an Ambulatory Clinical Nurse Supervisor you'll oversee the daily operations of multiple ambulatory clinic areas, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure outstanding patient care and efficient clinic operations. You'll work alongside physicians, clinical staff, and organizational leaders to foster a collaborative environment focused on quality, safety, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do
Lead, organize, supervise, and monitor the daily operations of multiple clinic services.
Serve as the primary clinical liaison between the department and internal and external customers.
Partner with the Department Director or designee to coordinate personnel management activities, including staffing and team support.
Assist with the financial management and budget monitoring of clinic operations.
Coordinate and support performance improvement initiatives for assigned clinics.
Promote a culture of quality, patient safety, and continuous improvement throughout clinic operations.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and all applicable governmental and regulatory standards while maintaining the highest safety and quality expectations.
Communicate proactively with leadership regarding operational issues, challenges, and opportunities, providing thoughtful analysis and recommended solutions.
Lead and participate in special projects that support departmental and organizational goals.
Serve as a professional role model who inspires teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
Foster effective communication across multidisciplinary teams.
Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, ever-changing healthcare environment.
Take ownership of your professional development while aligning personal growth with departmental and organizational objectives.
Deliver age-appropriate, patient-centered care by recognizing each patient's physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety needs.
Provide exceptional customer service by treating every patient, visitor, physician, and team member with courtesy, respect, and professionalism.
Maintain current knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies, including the Corporate Compliance Plan, Code of Conduct, and Compliance Policies and Procedures.
Participate in required compliance education and departmental compliance activities.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license.
