We work on a hybrid model and this role will be on site/in person 3 days a week within our office.
Job Description
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to develop multi-channel media plans
- Help to develop innovative strategies to meet and exceed client business objectives and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Provide research for and write media Point-Of-Views (POVs), prepare and manage flowcharts and budgets for media plans. Interpret research to develop profiles of target audience media consumption habits and passions.
- Assist and contribute to media plan building and provide plan maintenance including objectives/strategies and updates
- Responsible for associates’ training & providing feedback regularly to help foster growth; delegate work as necessary
- Understand and report on key metrics for campaign effectiveness and develop key findings for optimization
- Responsible for weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc deliverables
- Stay up to date on industry trends for the category/line of business
Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience in media strategy and planning experience across media channels
- Resourceful, curious, and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Strong organizational, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills; ability to excel in hybrid working environment
- Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy and the ability to multi-task and manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong understanding of Excel (PivotTables) and PowerPoint (including charts, visuals)
- Experience working within media systems/platforms (MediaTools, Vivvix (Kantar), Nielsen Media Impact, GWI, MRI, Tableau)

Compensation Range: $53,500 - $68,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
