Teams are given objectives and are empowered to find the best solutions!</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>WHAT WE DO IN THE DESIGN SYSTEM TEAM</strong></p><p>We are building and providing a multi brand design system which enables our product designers and developers to quickly create experiences for different brands in our platform. We create and maintain components, providing guidance and documentation around its usage as well as governance processes. Via the design system we are developing our cross brand design language and defining how brands are represented in our interfaces .</p><p> </p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO CAN:</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with the design system team to strengthen the collaboration with the product design community and actively promote the design system within the product teams.</li><li>Explore new fields within our brands and platform to find scalable solutions that are meeting the needs of our customers.</li><li>Streamline design activities across various departments towards an excellent single solution.</li><li>Act as an ambassador for design systems and has an open mindset supporting the product teams and product designers.</li><li>Create excellent design solutions and collaborate closely with development both from web and native mobile to bring them in front of our customers.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS / IS:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong experience in product design in the field of design systems</li><li>Strong knowledge in topics like visual design like typography, colour theory and visual hierarchy </li><li>Strong experience and knowledge in web and native platforms like Android and iOS</li><li>Strong expertise and knowledge in Figma </li><li>Basic knowledge in accessibility and ability to consider it from the beginning in your design solutions</li><li>Ability to identify components and patterns and develop them into broad requirements </li><li>Wide range of experience in collaboration with front end engineering and design implementation</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment</li><li>Basic experience in agile environment and interdisciplinary collaboration in Scrumban context</li><li>Living a good “product culture”, curious and deep interest for the product strategy</li><li>A sense for global design trends and constant look at platform-specific changes</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>WHAT WE OFFER YOU:</strong></p><ul><li>We are one of the leading PropTech platforms in Europe.
