About the role

<h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>A hybrid work model requires at least one day a week in the office.</strong></p><p><strong>We are looking for people who:</strong></p><ul><li>Have 3+ years of experience in user research</li><li>Demonstrate professional mastery in quantitative and qualitative research methods</li><li>Demonstrate a mixed-methods approach and use various sources of data to support research findings and to look at a research problem from multiple perspectives</li><li>Are able to choose the right research method and sample depending on the research challenge and the step of the design process</li><li>Know how to analyze qualitative and quantitative data, draw conclusions and propose actionable recommendations</li><li>Know how to create and analyze UX metrics</li><li>Plan and execute complex research projects independently, from the beginning (recruitment) till the end (reporting, presenting to multiple internal tech and business stakeholders)</li><li>Are great storytellers - make the stakeholders empathize with our various user groups</li><li>Create research roadmaps independently </li><li>Respect research economics (agile research)</li><li>Communicate well in English, both speaking and writing (at least B2)</li></ul><p><strong>The following are also a plus</strong></p><ul><li>Degree in a related field (eg. psychology, cognitive science, sociology) or completed User Experience courses</li></ul><p><strong>What we offer</strong></p><ul><li><strong>A hybrid work model</strong> that you will agree on with your leader and the team.
