This position will perform a wide range of Safety and Health disciplines to implement workplace safety and industrial hygiene processes compliant with RTX EHS Standards, OSHA and other local, state, and federal regulations with a focus on key continuous improvement initiatives. 

What You Will Do:

• Recognizing, evaluating, and controlling hazardous workplace conditions.
• Working with subject matter experts and the EHS team to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and company EHS requirements.
• Interact with employees and promote relationships, learn the tasks employees perform, and be known as a resource to the employees at the site.. 

What You Will Learn:

• Gain knowledge and take proactive steps to ensure the safety and health of site employees
• Learn how to execute initiatives, programs, reports, and training across multiple EHS disciplines, as required to achieve and maintain compliance.
• Learn how to work towards building partnerships and influencing across assigned areas to provide actionable improvement programs

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
