Project Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Engineer to join our manufacturing team. This mid-level role requires 3–5 years of hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry with exposure to Quality, Design, and Manufacturing Engineering functions. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded engineer who can manage and execute cross-functional projects from concept through production, while collaborating with stakeholders across engineering, operations, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support cross-functional engineering projects related to product development, process improvements, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution on time and within budget.
• Serve as a technical liaison between design, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Identify and implement process and productivity improvements across the manufacturing floor.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and design for manufacturability (DFM) efforts.
• Participate in quality audits and compliance activities as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure to Quality, Design, and Production engineering.
• Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and ERP systems.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
