Advanced Planning Execution</strong></p><ul><li>Own production and material planning for assigned value streams</li><li>Ensure supplier delivery performance and raw material availability</li><li>Monitor and optimize inventory levels (RM, WIP, consignment stock)</li><li>Secure production plan adherence and minimize premium freight</li><li>Identify structural planning gaps and drive corrective actions</li></ul><p><strong>2. Project &amp; System Leadership (Strategic Role)</strong></p><ul><li>Act as key user and project lead for SAP S/4HANA (LOP / LOM modules)</li><li>Lead logistics-related digital transformation projects</li><li>Define target processes aligned with Bosch standards and BPS principles</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Production, Purchasing, IT, Finance)</li><li>Manage project scope, timeline, risk, and milestone governance</li><li>Ensure data integrity, process standardization, and sustainable system adoption</li></ul><p><strong>3. Continuous Improvement &amp; Governance</strong></p><ul><li>Drive planning process optimization through PDCA and BPS</li><li>Develop KPI transparency and reporting structure</li><li>Lead improvement task forces when structural issues arise</li><li>Support logistics strategy and system roadmap of the plant</li></ul><p><strong>Key Performance Indicators</strong></p><ul><li>Supplier OTD</li><li>Inventory performance (coverage / turnover)</li><li>Production plan fulfillment (BTS)</li><li>Premium freight reduction</li><li>Successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA milestones</li><li>Process standardization &amp; data accuracy</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Qualification Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Education</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field)</li></ul><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years in production and material planning</li><li>Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects</li><li>Hands-on experience with SAP (S/4HANA preferred)</li><li>Experience in logistics/warehouse system implementation is a strong advantage</li></ul><p><strong>Knowledge &amp; Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Deep understanding of supply chain planning processes</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving capability</li><li>Structured project management skills</li><li>Strong system thinking and process design capability</li><li>High ownership mindset and result orientation</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage complexity</li><li>Fluent English</li></ul><p><strong>Profile Positioning</strong></p><p>This role is positioned as:</p><ul><li>expert in planning execution</li><li>Future digital transformation driver in logistics</li></ul>
