The Boeing Global Services (BGS) team is seeking F-15QA Maintenance Training Instructors in the following discipline:  Crew Chief. This is a Long-Term Assignment to Qatar- Al Udeid AFB for up to 2 years. Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided. Prior to expatriating to Qatar you would be in Saint Louis, MO for approximately 5 weeks for training.

This position will be expected to lead analysis of customer technical training needs and oversees the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of technical training and materials, ensuring accuracy and quality. Well suited candidates have previously established processes for identifying training content and measuring effectiveness, uses specialized software to research, configure, maintain, and develop media, and gathers data to support proposal development. Additionally coaching and developing staff with skills equivalent to the USAF Craftsman (7‑level) or equivalent education/certification and experience to be expected.

Position Responsibilities:

• Conducts analyses to evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design.
• Oversees activities the development, delivery and evaluation of technical training.
• Establishes processes for identifying training content and evaluating training effectiveness.
• Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials.
• Gathers data to support complete proposal development activities.
• Ensures accuracy and quality of training products.
• Coaches and develops others.
   

Required Qualifications:

• Skills equivalent to the USAF Craftsman (7-level) in a like position/systems.. Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10+ years' experience with aircraft maintenance or maintenance training
• 3+ years' experience in a maintenance or support role on military fighter platforms (e.g. F-16, F/A-18, T-45, A/V-8B, F-22, F-5, F-14, or F-15 and more) and/or commercial platforms
• 2+  years' experience with training courseware development with platform instructions
