Further information about Lear is available at lear.com or follow us on Twitter @LearCorporation.</p> <p> </p> <p>For our Thermal Comfort Systems (TCS) Business Group leadership team, reporting directly to the Vice President - Global Operations TCS and located in Hallbergmoos (Germany) we are looking for a</p> <p> </p> <p align="center">Director Global TCS Program- / Launch Management (m/f/d)</p> <p> </p> <p>Key Tasks:</p> <p>Global Program and Launch Management:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure the global alignment of regional Plant Project Launches and Communication internal and external </li> <li>Global Program /- Launch Management by alignment customer requirements and building synergies out of it</li> <li>Change Management procedure alignment and be close interface to Sales Management</li> <li>Supporting on developing accurate ramp up plans and standardizing operators learning curves with Headcount planning</li> <li>PAR Status, Plant layout status with timely machinery, new processes and space availability</li> <li>Tracking launch costs with prediction and support on decreasing unexpected costs</li> <li>Plant capacity vs. JIT and OEM capacity and fluctuations (sticky labor claims, flex rates etc.)</li> <li>LPMP Deliverable Requirements alignment, ProFile status and support</li> <li>Product-/ Process Development, Feasibility Assessment and readiness</li> <li>Plant Launch Status alignment and develop actions in time to reduce unexpected Launch costs</li> <li>Assuring Program status and fulfillments on new launches</li> <li>Design and Sourcing ECNs status follow up and ensure global alignment on same customers</li> <li>Drive Global Customer Communication alignment</li> <li>Interface of Global Product Portfolio alignment with Sales and Marketing („The Only“ and „Unique“ thinking)</li> <li>Interface with Engineering and Plants to build communized and modular single components – but build unique assembly customer solutions</li> <li>Global Key Milestone Tracker</li> <li>Product development and readiness</li> <li>PLM status follow up, BOM correct and timely release</li> <li>Sales Prices timely agreement, Sales Agreements for Plant material orders and timely material availability</li> </ul> <p>Global Program Management (before Product get to Plant):</p> <ul> <li>Capex (Equipment Sourcing and Standards to build with global suppliers and not local single solutions)</li> <li>Key milestone tracker</li> <li>Global Communizing Customer Communication in product portfolio to support Marketing</li> <li>Change Management Procedures to support Sales Quotes (common global quote strategy)</li> <li>Multiple reporting sources</li> <li>Supplier sourcing strategy in alignment with Purchasing and Engineering</li> <li>Automatization and communizing single Components and Machines Strategy</li> </ul> <p>Global Launch Management (Product in Plant – Pre-Series / Series):</p> <ul> <li>Training-Skill matrix</li> <li>Run@Rate plan</li> <li>HC calculation</li> <li>Hiring plan</li> <li>Ramp-up plan</li> <li>Manning vs Forecast</li> <li>Layout</li> <li>Machinery readiness</li> <li>Building readiness</li> <li>Customer demand visibility</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Key Requirements:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Successfully completed Bachelor Degree; a Degree in Business or Engineering is a plus </li> <li>Strong communication and coordination skills</li> <li>Due to the international focus of the company, business fluent English skills are required</li> <li>Good communication skills in cross functional teams </li> <li>Team Player</li> <li>Analytical Skills and Forward Thinking </li> <li>Negotiation skills and independent working style</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>We offer:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Good teamwork in an experienced team, in which a trusting relationship is one of the essential components.</li> <li>Independent and autonomous work as part of our philosophy.</li> <li>Joining a sustainable, growing, international company.</li> <li>Additional benefits: flexible working hours and a flexitime account, parking facilities at the site, drinks and other benefits for e.g. gym, etc.</li> </ul> <p>This is a test External Footer</p>
