Social Finance, Inc. seeks Senior Product Manager, Credit Card in Reston, VA:
Job Duties: Responsible for critical underwriting and loss management capabilities of the credit card to
help grow our member base responsibly. Set the vision, identify opportunities for investment, create
goals, and define the risk and collections systems to deliver on creating a credit card that enable to serve
members in helping spend responsibly while saving, investing, and paying down debt. Responsibilities
include managing a product backlog and partnering with design, compliance, legal, operations, and risk
to define compelling systems to scale the growing member base. Collaborate with engineering partners
to make smart product/technical trade-offs, experiment (A/B testing), and analyze member impact to
iteratively build towards the vision. Telecommuting is an option.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science,
Business Administration, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of
experience in the field of product management or operational research or two (2) years of experience in
the job offered OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Business
Administration, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of
progressively responsible experience in the field of product management or operational research or five
(5) years of experience in the job offered.
Special Skill Requirements: (1) Digital Product Management; (2) A/B Testing; (3) UI/UX; (4) Agile/Scrum;
(5) Data Analytics; (6) Systems Design; (7) Marketing; (8) User Research; (9) Partner Management; and
(10) ML Model Integration. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is
acceptable. Telecommuting is an option.
Salary: $210,000.00 - $241,500.00 per annum.
