GATORWORKS is a technology, product, and capability incubator focused on rapid-prototyping, demonstration, and engine to airframe integration across the earliest phase of development. The team is expanding the Military Engines product portfolio with cutting edge technology, innovative use of existing capability – with focus on a new and non-traditional customer base and acquisition environment. Developing, testing, and fielding technologies for the warfighter faster and more efficiently is common to our mission across all programs. This includes scaling fully digital and agile development techniques – transforming how we work internally and with our customers.
The GATORWORKS organization is seeking a Director – Digital Development Accelerator to lead the team responsible to scale and implement digital program execution – across processes and products - for Military Engines and P&W. These processes, cutting edge digital tools, and implementation playbook will be leveraged by programs and program management professionals across the business. The role includes integration with Engineering Model Base Enterprise and Operations manufacturing digital pursuits.
Candidate leaders will need to have demonstrated the ability to bring together a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders, developed and executed roadmaps and strategies, and ideally scaled or implemented change across organizations. Sound and demonstrated record of program and project execution to key deliverables and KPI’s is required.
What You Will Do:
- Lead a direct team of 12 with creativity, courage, versatility and mission focus.
- Successful development and implementation of the digital scaling strategy and playbook.
- Own and execute a portfolio of digital projects unlocking key capabilities and solutions for our customers.
- Represent development program team on the Military Engines digital council.
- Provide input to and drive adoption of associated RTX/PW/ME digital work and products.
