The Role
The Accounts Receivable Team Lead will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of AR Specialists. Candidates
will be the contact point for team members, so communication skills need be at a high level. Candidates need to lead
by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals. Candidates should have a customer centric focus and
be able to partner with internal customers to ensure the customers journey is a positive one.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a team of Accounts Receivable Specialists ensuring all processes are adhered to.
• Collaborate with your peers across Revenue operations to ensure order to cash process is being adhered to in an
efficient and accurate manner.
• Provide a detailed Analysis of Aging Report on a weekly basis
• Track & maintain weekly metrics for a variety of Accounts Receivable Data.
• Working in partnership with your Revenue Operation Colleagues to Investigate and resolve customer Accounts
Receivable queries.
• Identify & implement process improvements within the Accounts Receivable Team.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Diligent products and services.
• Support the Accounts Receivable Manager on various projects within the department.
• Assist in the formulation of internal controls and policies to comply with legislation and established best practices.

 
Required Experience/Skills:

• 1 – 2 years’ experience in a leadership role
• Track record of developing and coaching yourself and others to enhanced performance.
• Must have strong attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership for wide-ranging responsibilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility to accommodate different situations and temperaments.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and demanding global environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills
• High energy with a positive attitude.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
