IT Service Delivery Team Lead SAP HCM

Your role & responsibilities:

• Leading a team of experts, what is responsible to run projects such as deployments, localization, change requests, carve-in/out, upgrades etc. and solving incidents in the area of HCM to all MAHLE sites globally. These experts are also responsible for supporting the T&T team of HCM defining/adjustment of IT services based on internal/external requirements and take over and operate the services within the defined quality and KPIs
• Responsibility for all aspects of IT Service delivery following global standards and guidelines - ensuring that the expected outcome is delivered with agreed quality and maintained 
• Responsibility for regular KPI reporting about the services and their performance 
• Providing internal service production costs for Service price calculation 
• Demand, control and support of the continuous service improvement 
• Responsibility for complete and up to date service documentation (including technical, operational, compliance aspects)

 

Your skills & strengths:

• Min. 3 years of experience in running projects in the area of SAP HCM
• Leadership experience, leading by example, staff motivation
• Knowledge and a good understanding of all business processes
• Good knowledge of integration tools and modern cloud architectures
• Good understanding of cross-functional aspects of customizing / developments and Business processes in SAP (ECC, S/4H)
• Very good English skills
• Ability to listen to his team members and communicate effectively across large scale, complex and global organizations in multi-cultural environments 
• Intercultural expert / experiences
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure: hardware, databases, networks and clients
