IDEAL CANDIDATE STATEMENT The ideal candidate for the Program Analyst (Financial Program Analyst) will have experience working with and analyzing travel reports. Knowledge of travel policies and guidelines to ensure compliance throughout organizations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders, senior level management, and colleagues; and strong analytical skills are desired. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Applicants must have one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-11 grade level, which has provided them with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the Program Analyst (Financial Program Analyst) at the GS-12 grade level. Specialized experience includes: Experience tracking travel requests through automated systems and responding to travel inquiries; and Experience updating and implementing travel policy; and Experience overseeing the requisitions process to ensure compliance with organizational and budget guidelines. This experience must be fully supported and articulated in your resume to receive consideration.
