Job Description Summary

Lead technical development and design assessment for Workday Change work in the team. Is responsible for delivery of features in Feature team and is also a guide for software engineers across feature teams. Contributes to the enforcement of development standards and change governance policies. Contributes to design reviews in the Workday guild. Also helps assess the 4 eyes review for changes developed by peers.

What you’ll need:

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Workday software engineer, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM. Strong proficiency in Workday technologies, including Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, Workday Business Process Framework, Calculated Fields, Document Transformation, Workday EIB, and Workday Core Connectors. Good awareness of Workday Extend. Strong awareness of Workday Security. Extensive knowledge of integration technologies and protocols such as SOAP, REST, XML, and XSLT. Good awareness of wider Workday ecosystem and functional modules. Ability to architect complex Workday solutions, considering scalability, performance, and security requirements. Comfortable acting as Subject Matter Expert on systems and collaboration with key business customer. Strong ability to work independently with minimal guidance. Good awareness of the Workday roadmap and new features. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex business processes and requirements. Strong ability to support and mentor junior roles. Strong leadership experience. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and present technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Workday certifications are a plus. Hands on experience with Jira. Understand Change and review process, preferably via ServiceNow. Familiar with Workday Community to seek information.
