We are looking for an Associate Director to join the Provider Operations department. Provider Operations’ mission is to build, retain, and empower the most diverse, high-quality provider community to drive member delight and clinical outcomes. This person will lead network growth strategy development, including strategic partnership development and continuous improvement efforts to increase the efficiency of our provider recruitment, onboarding, and management engines. This role will report to the Director of Provider Operations.

What You’ll be Doing:

• Develop provider network growth goals in partnership with Provider Operations and Go-to-Market leadership
• Stand up and lead strategic initiatives to scale provider capacity, including in-person care expansion 
• Perform in-depth data analysis and financial modeling to inform strategy development and assess implementation results
• Develop and manage external partnerships in support of strategic objectives, such as filling in-person care gaps, collaborating with cross-functional partners in Product, Operations, Data Science, etc. to develop workflows and define functional and technical requirements for implementation
• Deploy as a partner to the leaders of the other Provider Operations teams (e.g., Recruiting, Onboarding & Enablement, Provider Support) to identify and solve for efficiency opportunities, e.g., through process improvement

What we expect from you:

• 7+ years of experience in a high-growth start-up environment or management consulting
• Data-driven, analytical, and operational in nature (proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets a must)
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
• Ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams
• Creative, collaborative, sharp, humble, and goal-oriented

The target salary range for this position is $126,740-$158,425, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
